Jonathan embarked on his legal journey at Hastings College of the Law, where his advocacy skills earned him the esteemed title of Best Oral Advocate in the Moot Court competition. Transitioning to the University of California Irvine's School of Law, he delved into the complexities of criminal law and procedure, honing his expertise through rigorous coursework.

His immersion in the legal arena deepened during his time at UCI, where he engaged in internships and externships at the Orange County Public Defender's Office. Here, Jonathan encountered the realities of the criminal justice system firsthand, dedicating himself to aiding clients. Notably, he found fulfillment in assisting indigent individuals in clearing their criminal records through the New Leaf Program.

Jonathan's involvement evolved as he gained hands-on experience alongside a Certified Criminal Law Specialist, defending clients charged with offenses ranging from minor infractions to serious capital crimes. These experiences provided him with invaluable insights, as he worked closely with defense teams throughout the legal process.

After graduation, Jonathan's unwavering commitment to justice led him to work as a paralegal while preparing for the bar exam. Upon admission to the California State Bar, he joined the Aspen Law Group, specializing in DUI defense, where his dedication and expertise made a significant impact on clients statewide.

Motivated by a desire to provide exceptional legal representation, Jonathan eventually established his own practice, navigating a diverse array of cases across counties like Contra Costa and San Diego. His impressive track record underscores his steadfast advocacy and unwavering commitment to justice.

As a distinguished member of the California Criminal Law Group, Jonathan continues his mission to champion the rights of individuals, ensuring access to comprehensive and compassionate legal defense in Orange County and beyond.

Dallis Nicole Cavallaro

Dallis Cavallaro is a passionate legal advocate who has represented hundreds of clients facing criminal charges across Southern California. She also offers dedicated victims' rights services, guiding those affected by crime through the complexities of the criminal justice system.

A significant focus of Dallis’ practice is assisting military veterans and active-duty service members entangled in legal challenges. Through her work with Veterans Treatment Court and military diversion programs, she has successfully secured case dismissals and brighter futures for many veterans and their families.

For years, Dallis has been a tireless advocate for veterans, both in the courtroom and beyond. Her efforts include publishing numerous articles and speaking on military policy issues. Her notable work challenging the Feres Doctrine has led to substantial changes in the ability of military members to seek compensation for injuries or deaths resulting from the negligence or wrongful actions of government employees.

Dallis co-founded the Center for Law and Military Policy and served on its Advisory Council. She also held the position of Vice Chair for the Orange County Bar Association’s Veterans Committee. In 2018, she hosted "A World Apart," a podcast aimed at sharing military veterans' stories with a broader audience.

Graduating at the top of her class from the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University, Dallis excelled as the Managing Editor of the Chapman Law Review and was a standout member of the moot court team. She also interned for a Federal Judge in the Central District of California. Additionally, Dallis has volunteered as a Certified Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor for a non-profit organization in Orange County.

Active in the legal community, Dallis is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association, the North Orange County Bar Association, the California DUI Lawyers Association, and California Attorneys for Criminal Justice. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Newport Harbor Bar Association and is on the Associate Board for Project Youth Orange County, which provides vital services to at-risk youth.
